The first Commercialised Life Sciences Precinct

The Botany Road, Waterloo, project aims to create a dynamic ecosystem that not only advances scientific discovery but also celebrates cultural heritage and promotes environmental stewardship. This off-campus Life Sciences and Research precinct is conveniently  located in the beating heart of Sydney Universities, Hospitals and Research institutes, incorporating vibrant amenities and overall tenant and user experience.

Embedded within a dynamic inner-city location, with connections to the broader Sydney Life Sciences network, this precinct aims to inspire new centres of knowledge, breakthroughs and tenant growth. Global and local leaders will be actively encouraged to advance their important work within state-of-the-art technologies, adaptable commercial workspaces and ecosystems of collaboration.
